CUSTOMIZATION TIPS
Color and Length Selection: Make sure to select the correct color and length from the available options. If you need a custom color or length not listed, please contact usΒ before ordering to confirm feasibility.
Style & Texture Preferences:Β Styles and textures are paired based on stylist expertise.Β If you have a specific texture or style in mind (e.g., straight, curly, wavy), let us know in the cart instructions note or email us with a picture to ensure your wig is crafted to your specifications.Β
Lace Options: We offer 2 lace options (e.g. film transparent & HD lace). Be sure to choose the one that best matches your skin tone for a more natural look. If unsure, feel free to email us, and weβll help guide you. Our film transparent lace comes with a 7x7 closure size and our HD lace comes with a 6x6 closure size.
CAP SIZE
If you know your cap size, please add it in the cart instructions note or email usΒ under contact form. If you're unsure, no worries! All wigs are customized with a standard medium cap size (Forehead circumference: 22-23 inches), which fits most people.
Final Sale
All sales are final unless the product is defective. To be eligible for exchange/refund, the product (EXCLUDES WIGS) must be deemed defective within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for non-defective products. Wigs are a final sale.
Shipping Policy
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (customization may take up to 10 business days). This is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time:
After processing, shipping takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Tracking Information:
Once you receive your tracking number, please allow a few hours for it to update in the USPS system.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ship promptly, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays. We are not responsible for these delays.
Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping is not available. If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact customer service immediately.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We cannot change the address once the order is processed. Incorrect addresses may result in order cancellation.
Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for lost packages, but they are covered under package insurance. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Order Verification:
If we suspect any issues with your order, such as security concerns or a questionable shipping address, processing may be delayed. We may request additional verification, including proof of identification.
Non-Revision of Orders:
Once your order is placed, no changes can be made to shipping options or address details. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
